In a two-level, frame-based system, we install two layers of thermal insulation — using non-combustible, universal PAROC® eXtra ™ stone wool panels for the bottom layer and installing a wind-proof layer made of PAROC® WAS 25t, non-combustible, PAROC® WAS35t or new, high-performance panels. Efficient PAROC®Cortex ™ panels.

This new plate is coated with a special coating that is permeable to water vapor, but extremely resistant to weather conditions. Regarding the design of ventilated walls, it is important to note that PAROC® eXtra ™, PAROC® WAS 25t and PAROC® WAS35t complies with flammability class A-1 (according to European classes). PAROC®Cortex ™ is also non-flammable and complies with Euroclass A2-s1, d0. As a result, buildings are insulated with PAROC stone wool fire panels.

In addition, you should be aware that the solution for walls is not limited to use insulating plates, that is, a complete set of materials that increase the sealing of walls in critical areas: corners, edges and butt joints between panels.

The corners are critical areas of the building, so they need to pay special attention by installing insulation and protection from the wind. For wind protection, we use PAROC®Cortex ™, we recommend using PAROC® XST 020 external sealing strips for sealing butt joints and PAROC® XST 021 for sealing corners and edges of a building.

It is important that concrete and reinforcement work together to form a single system. Coupling is better when there are grooves on the reinforcing surface, grids and rods are welded, and anchors are welded on the ends of reinforcing rods. During curing, the concrete is retracted, and concrete reinforcement resists it, causing tensile stresses in concrete. Tensile concrete area tends to crack. In non-aggressive environments, concrete slits with a width of less than 0.3 mm do not reduce the strength or durability of reinforced concrete. In highly stretched areas of concrete, cracks larger than 0.3 mm are usually detected before breakage occurs. Such a reinforced concrete structure becomes unsuitable for use. Concrete is not so cracked, and the strength of reinforcement is better to use with mechanical pre-stressing (hydraulic jacks, special machines), electric (heats, passing through it), chemical (using foam concrete, which strengthens the reinforcement) hardened concrete. Concrete is subjected to prestressing, which is in the opposite direction to those arising from loads and so on. Impact on the operation of reinforced concrete structures. The tightened reinforced concrete is less cracked, more rigid and requires less reinforcement.

The strength and reliability of reinforced concrete decreases rapidly at temperatures above 200 ° C. Reinforced concrete, which is operated at this temperature, is protected by heat-resistant materials or using heat-resistant concrete, sometimes with special reinforcement. In a very aggressive environment, reinforced concrete may collapse due to corrosion of concrete and reinforcement. In this case, very dense special concrete is used from sulphate-resistant cement, liquid glass, often with admixtures of special materials, reinforcement from special steel or fiberglass. Reinforced concrete is durable, its strength is limited by occasional overloads and other environmental factors, rigid, durable, non-combustible, inexpensive and hygienic, but sufficiently conductive for heat and sound.
